Postergirls collaborates with Werk aan de muur/Art heroes.
This means that all of our wall decoration designs are sold, printed and delivered through Werk aan de muur/Art heroes.
As a result, Werk aan de muur/Art heroes return rules apply to all wall art orders.

Returning Tiles


The customer has the right to have the product 14 days respect.
These 14 days start after the package is received by the customer.
After that, the customer has another 14 days to return the product.
If the customer wants to return a product, the customer can send it back to:

Always send us first A mail of return, before you make a return!
Put in this mail what you want to return and state your bank account number/IBAN number so we can return the purchase price to you.

The product must be in good and clean condition and preferably packed in its original packaging.

If these conditions are met then the customer will receive his/her money back within 14 days after receipt of the return .

The customer will receive a refund of the purchase price. In case no shipping costs have been paid, the customer will not receive them back either.

The return costs to be incurred are for the customer.
Check with your own postal company for current shipping rates.
Please return in the original packaging!

Track & Trace:

The customer will receive a track & trace mail containing the delivery details and T&T code. You can then see when the package will be delivered and by which postal company/courier.

When returning always send with track & trace code!
That way you always have proof that you sent the package back.
This is safe for you as a customer and it avoids unnecessary discussions.

Package was delivered but has damage.

If the customer has received the package but discovers shipping damage to the product, please take a clear photo of the product and packaging!
Then we can report the damage to the printing company. Then email us the photos so we can show them to the printer.

Should the customer find that the product has streaks or stains, for example, please also provide a clear photo of the product.

In both cases (damage/printing error), we report the damage to the printer.
After review, the customer will receive further notice and a new product from us.

Warranty, or claim for a new free product, does not apply to any color difference between screen (mobile, tablet or PC/laptop) and the final printed product.
Due to light and screen, device, brand of your device, there may be a possible color difference between product and image from the webshop.

Please enter the correct address information when ordering!

The customer is responsible for providing the correct information.
Should the package be delivered to an incorrect address or a package cannot be delivered to the address provided by the customer; the package will be returned.

Should the customer still want this order delivered, the customer does pay an additional ā‚¬7.50 shipping and handling fee if we offer the same package to a customer for a 2nd time.
For these costs the customer will receive a separate invoice + payment request which is valid for 5 days.
Upon receipt of this payment, we will re-post and ship the order.
If the customer wishes to abandon the order completely, the customer will receive a refund of the purchase price.
